About the role

St Mary MacKillop College, Canberra's largest secondary school, is seeking a Science Teacher to join its staff. The college operates two campuses: Years 7 to 9 at the Padua Campus in Wanniassa and Years 10 to 12 at the St Peter's Campus in Isabella Plains. It is part of the Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CACGEL) and offers a range of curriculum options, excellent facilities and co-curricular opportunities.

Required profile

• Australian citizen or permanent resident
• Bachelor of Teaching/Education or Master of Teaching
• ACT Working with Vulnerable People clearance (WWVP)
• ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration
• Accreditation to work, teach and lead in Catholic Education, Canberra and Goulburn
• Strong literacy, organisation and collaboration skills, with a commitment to ongoing professional development
