SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Manager

About the role

The SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Manager will provide functional support and drive continuous improvement of the Employee Central platform. You will troubleshoot issues, configure enhancements, and ensure the solution runs efficiently within agreed service levels while supporting Deloitte’s clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional support and continuous improvement for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Troubleshoot system issues and configure enhancements.
• Maintain platform performance within SLA targets.
• Review quarterly releases, conduct impact assessments and regression testing.
• Recommend and implement process optimisations to enhance client user experience.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in a BAU or managed‑services environment.
• Strong configuration capability across Employee Central modules.
• Proven experience troubleshooting complex functional issues and performing root‑cause analysis.
• Experience reviewing and implementing quarterly releases, including impact analysis and regression testing.
• Solid understanding of end‑to‑end HR lifecycle processes and data‑governance principles.
• Experience working in SLA‑driven environments and managing multiple client priorities.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification (highly regarded).
