SAP Project Manager

About the role

DyFlex Solutions is looking for a mid‑to‑senior SAP Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of SAP programs, especially SuccessFactors, S/4HANA and ECC implementations. The role will be performed remotely from the Greater Adelaide Area with occasional travel for key project milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP project delivery using the SAP Activate methodology, covering planning, design, build, testing, deployment and transition to operations.
• Manage SAP SuccessFactors implementations across multiple HR modules, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Oversee additional SAP workstreams such as S/4HANA, ECC, integrations and cross‑module scenarios.
• Coordinate project governance, reporting, RAID management, steering committees and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional delivery teams to maintain scope clarity, resource alignment and quality outcomes.
• Control project financials, timelines, dependencies and vendor engagements to achieve on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Support design workshops, requirement validation, Fit‑to‑Standard processes, cut‑over planning and post‑go‑live support handover.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager delivering medium to large‑scale SAP programs.
• Hands‑on delivery experience with SAP SuccessFactors (highly desirable).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC or broader SAP modules; familiarity with RISE with SAP is valued.
• Deep understanding of SAP Activate methodology and SAP project governance frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and workshop‑facilitation abilities.
• Ability to work across multiple SAP workstreams beyond SuccessFactors.
