SAP Finance Lead Solution Architect

About the role

The SAP Finance Lead Solution Architect is a senior, client‑facing position within Infosys, focused on designing and delivering SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions for Australian Federal Government clients. The role blends presales leadership, transformation strategy, and trusted advisory to senior public‑sector stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of finance, ERP and enterprise‑application transformation projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality targets are met.
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, dependencies, milestones, risks and governance reporting across complex workstreams.
• Coordinate with business owners, technology teams, vendors and offshore delivery partners to translate requirements into effective solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, prototyping and stakeholder alignment activities.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks early, escalating issues and implementing practical corrective actions.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance solution architecture.
• Proven track record in presales, transformation strategy and advisory engagements for public‑sector clients.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, able to influence senior executives.
