SAP Finance Group Reporting Consultant

About the role

Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP Finance Consultant specialized in Group Reporting to join an on‑shore team delivering SAP implementations for global clients. You will work closely with client and offshore teams, guiding design decisions and ensuring successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and optimise SAP Group Reporting based on SAP standards and industry best practices for both RISE and GROW environments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals and external vendors, to drive project delivery, discoveries and support.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout implementation and technical build phases.
• Contribute thought‑leadership to grow the finance practice, shaping future road‑maps and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting implementation experience, with a minimum of 2 full implementations.
• Strong collaboration, communication and stakeholder‑management skills, able to influence at all levels.
