SAP BTP Integration Consultant (Contract) – Australia

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP Integration Consultant to join our team on a 6‑month contract in Australia. The consultant will be responsible for designing, building and optimizing integration solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform and the Integration Suite.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integration flows (iFlows) using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) with adapters such as HTTPS, SFTP, IDoc, RFC, SOAP and REST.
• Create and maintain message mappings using graphical tools, XSLT, Java or Groovy.
• Manage API lifecycle, governance and security policies (OAuth2, JWT, SAML, mTLS) within SAP API Management.
• Design asynchronous, decoupled integrations leveraging SAP Event Mesh topics, queues and subscriptions.
• Apply clean core and side‑by‑side extensibility concepts and ensure proper architecture of SAP BTP solutions.
• Provide expertise on SAP PI/PO where required and support enterprise event choreography.

Required profile

• Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability for a 6‑month contract with possible extension.
