SAP BTP ABAP Developer (Remote, 8+ yrs)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP ABAP developer to join our team on a contract basis. The position is fully remote, serving clients across Australia and New Zealand, and requires a strong background in ABAP development within SAP S/4HANA environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ABAP code for SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP solutions.
• Create and optimize CDS views and RAP objects for both on‑premise and cloud scenarios.
• Implement low‑code/no‑code key‑user extensibility using the ABAP Development Tools.
• Configure communication arrangements, Event Mesh, and REST APIs to enable seamless integration.
• Enhance Flexi Workflow processes and ensure clean‑core development practices.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of professional ABAP development experience.
• At least 2‑3 years working with SAP S/4HANA.
• Hands‑on experience with CDS, RAP, and SAP BTP ABAP.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.
