SAP ABAP Developer – Remote (Australia or New Zealand)

About the role

DyFlex is seeking experienced SAP ABAP Developers to join its Technology practice and support S/4HANA Public Cloud projects for clients across Australia and New Zealand. The position is fully remote, with occasional travel only during key project phases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain ABAP solutions within S/4HANA Public Cloud environments.
• Build extensions and side‑by‑side applications using ABAP Cloud and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Develop integrations and custom functionality following SAP clean‑core and cloud extensibility guidelines.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects and customers to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Participate in design workshops, development, testing, go‑live support and post‑implementation activities.
• Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an ABAP Developer on S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
• Hands‑on experience with ABAP Cloud development concepts and tools.
• Strong understanding of SAP clean‑core strategy and extensibility approaches.
• Experience working in consulting or project‑based delivery environments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong communication skills.
• Australian or New Zealand working rights.
