SA/NT Sales Manager

About the role

As a Sales Manager for SA/NT you will lead a high‑performing team to drive sales growth, customer execution and commercial outcomes across South Australia and the Northern Territory.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Business Development Executives and Merchandisers.
• Drive sales, execution and financial performance across the territory.
• Build strong, sustainable customer relationships and execute channel strategies.
• Monitor performance against targets and ensure accountability.
• Conduct regular field coaching and training.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Required profile

• Inspiring people leader with a strong commercial mindset.
• Proven sales leadership track record.
• Skilled at coaching, developing and motivating teams.
• Strong communicator able to build trusted relationships.
• Analytical, organised and able to manage competing demands.
• Resilient, adaptable and capable of leading through change.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, hospitality or related industry (advantageous).
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
