Salesforce Platform Manager - Sydney (CBD)

About the role

A business investing heavily in technology, with Salesforce and nCino at the core of how it grows and delivers value to customers, is looking for a Salesforce Platform Manager in Sydney. The role is permanent, office-based in the Sydney CBD, and involves taking functional ownership of Salesforce, leading its evolution and acting as the link between business vision and platform execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own the platform roadmap and align it with business goals
• Lead solution design, change control, governance and stakeholder engagement
• Lead platform improvement projects and manage vendor delivery
• Mentor other Salesforce team members and champion best practice

Required profile

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including platform ownership or senior roles
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, governance and stakeholder engagement
• Strong delivery experience across multiple clouds, ideally nCino
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
• Confident leading conversations with executives and translating business needs into platform outcomes
