About the role

Fitness & Lifestyle Group (FLG) is the largest group of corporately owned health and wellness clubs in Asia Pacific, with 310+ locations and five brands including Goodlife, Fitness First, Jetts NZ, Zap Fitness and Barry's. Its brands run on a shared Salesforce platform, so every flow, integration and automation affects staff workflows and member experiences across hundreds of clubs. The company is looking for a Salesforce specialist who knows the platform well and uses AI tooling such as Claude as part of how they design and build.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain Salesforce changes across the brand portfolio, including data model, flows, Apex, LWC, permissions and reports
• Use Claude and other AI tools in daily build, testing and documentation, and help the wider team get better at using them
• Bring an AI-informed lens to solution design, exploring options and trade-offs for customer and staff-facing solutions
• Write Apex test classes, regression checks and deployment notes, and ship changes through sandbox, pull request, CI and human-approved deployment
• Investigate production issues to root cause and keep production and version control in sync
• Contribute to solution design with BA and Product teams on data model, automation, security and rollback
• Draft ADRs for significant platform decisions and review pull requests

Required profile

• Solid, hands-on Salesforce experience and curiosity about how AI fits into the work
• Comfortable working independently, prioritising competing requests and knowing when to seek a second opinion
• Willing to share knowledge with the team

Required skills

• Building and maintaining Salesforce in a production environment
• Complex automation in Flow and Apex
• AI coding tools in day-to-day work, ideally Claude
• Technical design of Salesforce changes and code review
• Version-controlled releases with Git, pull requests and CI/CD
• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Lightning Web Components (desirable); multi-brand Salesforce platform (desirable)
