Salesforce Enablement Specialist

About the role

Join Medtronic's ANZ Commercial IT Sales Enablement team in Macquarie Park, Sydney. As a Salesforce Enablement Specialist you will act as a trusted advisor, partnering with sales, marketing and commercial excellence to optimise technology platforms and drive digital adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales and commercial stakeholders to identify and implement technology‑enabled process improvements.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce and related platforms.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design and business process optimisation initiatives.
• Drive adoption through change management, training and user enablement activities.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with development and vendor teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Monitor platform utilisation and business outcomes to continuously improve value.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience (or advanced degree with 2 years).
• Proven experience supporting and optimising Salesforce CRM in a commercial environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments using tools such as Jira.
