Salesforce Developer

About the role

Culture Amp is looking for a hands‑on Salesforce Developer to join its GTM Systems team in Melbourne. You will build clean, scalable solutions across core revenue systems, delivering features that power the employee experience platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flow, Lightning Web Components, and declarative configuration.
• Translate business requirements and user stories into reliable, production‑ready implementations.
• Collaborate with GTM Systems teammates on larger programs, owning end‑to‑end development.
• Maintain and support core systems by fixing bugs, handling user issues, and ensuring platform health.
• Reduce technical debt through clean code, documentation, and proactive improvement suggestions.
• Contribute to AI‑powered processes and tooling for the team and wider organisation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development in a fast‑paced SaaS or enterprise environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Curiosity and a growth mindset, actively seeking feedback and taking ownership of complex work.
• Salesforce Admin and Platform Developer I certifications (or progress toward Platform Developer II).

Required skills

• Apex, Flow, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Lightning components.
• Declarative configuration and Apex test class development.
• CI/CD or version‑controlled deployment practices.
• Experience with AI‑assisted development tools such as Claude, Copilot, or Cursor.
