Salesforce Developer – APS6 Equivalent

About the role

The agency is seeking experienced Salesforce Developers to join a high‑performing digital delivery team working on large‑scale ICT transformation initiatives. You will design, build and maintain fit‑for‑purpose Salesforce solutions in a complex enterprise environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and supporting AI‑enabled development capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors.
• Design, develop and support REST API and platform integrations.
• Use source‑control and package‑based development tools such as GitLab, GitHub and Bitbucket.
• Support agile delivery practices with Atlassian Jira and related DevOps toolsets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, testers and business teams to deliver high‑quality technical solutions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, OmniStudio and related Salesforce technologies.
• Experience with object‑oriented programming, design patterns and package‑based development.
• Proven ability to build integrations using REST APIs and Platform Events.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Governor Limits and best‑practice development approaches.
