Salesforce CRM Developer

About the role

The role involves leading the analysis, design, development and delivery of Salesforce CRM solutions, primarily within Financial Cloud (Sales and Service Cloud). You will work closely with business users, architects and technical teams to ensure high‑quality implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse system requirements, create estimates and coordinate delivery activities for new or enhanced Salesforce solutions.
• Design, develop, test and implement custom Apex, Visualforce and Lightning components, and manage data migrations.
• Provide technical support for production issues, oversee QA/UAT activities and ensure software quality.
• Maintain technical documentation, manage builds and releases, and drive continuous improvement of development processes.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of professional experience as a technical lead on Salesforce CRM platforms, especially Sales and Service Cloud.
• Proven experience delivering complex CRM projects in an Agile/DevOps environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and mentoring skills, with a track record of building high‑performing teams.

• Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (mandatory)
• Integration patterns and event‑based development for Salesforce (mandatory)
• Einstein Analytics (mandatory)
• Integration with Marketing Cloud, Tableau (preferred)
• IVR implementation for Salesforce (optional)
• CI/CD and data migration techniques (mandatory)
• Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, force.com platform development (mandatory)
• Current Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, Sales/Service Cloud, Advanced Administrator) highly desirable
