Salesforce Administrator – South West Sydney

About the role

A collaborative CRM team in South West Sydney, NSW is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to support a business-critical Salesforce environment. The role focuses on user support, data quality, reporting, training and continuous improvement, working with business stakeholders across sales, service and customer care. It is a permanent position with two days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Salesforce support, including troubleshooting, user queries, access management and security settings.
• Maintain data quality through audits, imports, exports, cleansing activities and ongoing data governance.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and turn them into practical Salesforce solutions.
• Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, reports and dashboards.
• Create user training materials, deliver training sessions and maintain process documentation.
• Support system enhancements, Salesforce releases and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work with developers, analysts and system administrators to deploy changes and support users.

Required profile

• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is essential.
• Experience in a Salesforce Administrator, CRM support or similar role.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with users, stakeholders and technical teams.
• Proactive, organised and detail-focused, with a genuine interest in improving systems and processes.

Required skills

• Strong skills in Salesforce reports, dashboards, data integrity and user support.
• Exposure to tools such as ServiceMax, Pardot, Conga, PandaDocs, Stripe, Boomi, Vonage, SMS Magic, Qualtrics, OwnBackup, Copado or Validity is highly regarded.
• Experience with CRM Analytics, Power BI, data migration, data integration, Agile delivery or project-based environments is advantageous.
