About the role
The Sales Team Leader will coordinate and supervise a designated area within the store, driving sales to meet budgets while delivering a positive customer experience. This role blends hands‑on retail operations with team leadership to ensure profitable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver consistent, exceptional customer service.
- Achieve quality, profitable sales in line with established budgets.
- Collaborate with the team to answer queries and support store operations.
- Maintain visual merchandise standards.
- Monitor and process web orders, including picking, packing, and organizing timely deliveries.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with consumer law and safety regulations.
