Sales Support (Project Coordinator) - Onsite Commercial NSW

About the role

Reece's Onsite business unit supplies large commercial builders, developers and plumbers with end-to-end supply solutions. The Sales Support / Project Coordinator supports Onsite management in Sydney and Newcastle to help deliver the company's vision and strategy. The role is onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Answer telephone enquiries from customers
• Process customer requests for delivery and release of orders for next-day dispatch
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries on stock availability and technical information
• Liaise with suppliers on pricing and product availability
• Log after-sales requests and follow up
• Maintain stock levels in line with the Onsite stock management system and procedures
• Process and export mining orders
• Support project management and project estimating

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with staff, colleagues and customers
• Willingness to 'have a go'
• Good personal and workplace presentation

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows programs, including Word, Outlook and Excel
