Sales & Service Supervisor - Bondi Junction Flagship

About the role

ALO is looking for a Sales & Service Supervisor for its Bondi Junction flagship store. The role is integral to raising the guest experience, delivering targets for engagement, guest education and interaction, and creating a service-led environment on the sales floor. It is a full-time position on a Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday roster, with weekend flexibility essential.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience on the floor by assessing guest connection and product knowledge, and coach team members to close gaps
• Build client relationships daily and analyse reports to plan actions and highlight growth opportunities
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives
• Partner with Operations & Visual Manager on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory, supplies, vendors, technology and facilities
• Use metrics to support business strategies and move around the store to meet the needs of the business, team and guests
• Oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, including recruitment and development, and use performance tools to give regular feedback
• Work with Community & Studio, Operations and Visual leads on cross-functional training and company initiatives

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership and decision-making ability
• Receptive to feedback and self-motivated
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 10-15kg, climb ladders, stand and move for a full shift
