Sales Person

About the role

Join Australia’s leading RV brand as a Sales Person and help customers turn their travel dreams into reality. You will work in a supportive, high‑performing team in Beckenham, guiding clients from first contact through to the handover of their caravan or motorhome.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers, understand their lifestyle needs and recommend suitable RV products.
• Conduct product demonstrations, tours and provide detailed information on features and specifications.
• Manage the sales process end‑to‑end, including quotations, negotiations and finalising contracts.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow‑up communications using the company’s sales system.
• Collaborate with the service and parts teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in retail or automotive sectors.
• Strong communication, time‑management and closing abilities.
• Professional presentation and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
