Sales National Account Manager

About the role

As a Sales National Account Manager for the Pharmacy channel at P&G, you will own a multi‑million‑dollar portfolio of iconic brands such as Oral‑B, Pantene and Gillette. Based in our Melbourne office, you will work directly with Australia’s largest pharmacy and grocery retailers, developing and executing strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, sell, implement and evaluate business plans to meet or exceed financial targets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create joint strategies and promotional plans.
• Manage distribution, pricing, shelving and merchandising to optimise market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
• Utilise analytical tools and data systems to generate insights and inform decision‑making.

Required profile

• Australian citizen, permanent resident or New Zealand resident with a valid driver’s licence.
• 2–3 years of experience in a National Account Manager role, preferably within FMCG.
• Degree in commerce or a related business discipline is preferred but not essential.
• Demonstrated ability to build robust customer relationships and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
