About the role
Lead and develop the sales team for Wabtec Inspection Technologies across the ANZ region, driving order and sales growth in line with the company’s vision and values.
Key responsibilities
- Maximise team orders, sales growth and gross margin contribution.
- Collaborate with Marketing to identify and prioritise opportunities.
- Manage P&L for the product portfolio, including net margin, stock and expenses.
- Provide leadership, coaching and performance management to sales specialists.
Required profile
- Expert team management of sales specialists.
- Highly organised with strong planning and prioritisation.
- Effective meeting facilitation and presentation skills.
- Refined communication and issue‑resolution abilities.
- Ability to convey sensitive information tactfully.
- Tertiary qualification in business, engineering or a science‑related discipline (highly desirable).
- Minimum 10 years B2B sales experience in a relevant industry.
- Proven experience in sales management and leading diverse sales teams.
