About the role

Creatio is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its Sydney team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping to generate and qualify leads for our AI‑native low‑code automation and CRM platform.

Key responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients through email, phone and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify inbound leads and create a pipeline of high‑quality opportunities for the sales team.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape and target segments.
  • Maintain accurate activity records and lead data in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with sales executives and marketing to align lead quality and conversion strategies.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an SDR, business development or similar B2B SaaS sales role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead‑generation KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and low‑code automation markets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with CRM software.
  • Experience using prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator.
  • Familiarity with outreach platforms like Outreach.io.
