Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and self‑starting Sales Development Representative to join ZenaTech. You will identify and qualify leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, outbound calls and social media, supporting the sales and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate qualified leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google and other tools.
• Conduct daily outbound calls to prospects in the agricultural, construction and energy sectors.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls and follow‑ups in the BOX SOS CRM system.
• Research potential clients and decision‑makers to develop outreach strategies.
• Leverage social media platforms to support lead generation and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach campaigns.
• Track and report on lead generation metrics and performance.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing or sales support (entry‑level candidates considered).
• Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with high‑volume calling and target‑driven environments.
• Proficient in business social media (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
• Self‑starter with a can‑do attitude and willingness to learn.
