Sales Development Representative

About the role

You will be on the front line of growth, targeting Australian and New Zealand service businesses that lose revenue due to missed calls and unanswered messages. This is a real sales role where you will generate qualified meetings, earn commission on every deal you help create, and work closely with the founders.

Key responsibilities

• Run outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach to book qualified meetings.
• Build and maintain the lead generation engine: prospect lists, outreach sequences, automations and CRM hygiene.
• Participate in demos and deal conversations from day one to learn the sales process.
• Provide market feedback to shape positioning, pricing and pitch.
• Collaborate with founders on pricing, proposals and delivery.
• Optionally contribute to growth, marketing and brand initiatives.

Required profile

• Early‑career, hungry and energized by phone conversations.
• Resilient to rejection, proactive, resourceful and able to take initiative.
• Organised with strong habits for running sequences and keeping the CRM clean.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and how businesses operate.
• Coachable, determined and eager to improve quickly.
• No degree required; confidence in cold‑calling is non‑negotiable.

• CRM (experience with any CRM system).
