Sales Development Representative – Customer Base

About the role

We are seeking an outgoing, self‑motivated Sales Development Representative to join our Customer Base team in Sydney. You will engage with existing customers across the APAC region, educate them on our IT management platform, and qualify new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Work with a pre‑defined group of our largest and most important customers, building relationships from support agents to C‑level executives.
• Conduct consultative phone calls, clearly communicate value, listen actively, and overcome objections.
• Document activities and forecast opportunities accurately in Salesforce.
• Maintain enthusiasm, energy, and a collaborative attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
• Support additional duties as needed to drive customer success.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Energetic self‑starter comfortable working in an international, hybrid setting.
• Proven track record of meeting outbound call targets or call‑time goals.
• Organised, detail‑oriented with strong follow‑up capabilities.
• Technical aptitude to demonstrate and convey the value of IT management software.
