Sales Consultant M2M - Wagga Wagga

About the role

Spotlight, part of the Spotlight Retail Group (Spotlight, Anaconda and Harris Scarfe), is hiring a Sales Consultant M2M for its home store in Wagga Wagga. The role is full time and involves in-home sales and service, with hot sales leads provided by the national customer service centre. The home store is in Wagga Wagga but the role requires travel to Griffith, including overnight stays as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and stakeholder management
• Match products and services to customers' needs
• Measure, record and configure specifications accurately and efficiently
• Manage KPIs and workflows

Required profile

• Valid driver's licence
• Retail and/or showroom experience
• 2-5 years of sales experience
• Pro-active mindset and ambition to succeed
• Capacity to work every second Saturday
• Excellent communication skills
• Consultative and in-home selling experience is advantageous

Required skills

• IT proficiency with PC/tablet and MS Windows-based programs
