About the role

Join Freedom as a Sales Consultant and help customers transform their houses into homes with beautiful furnishings. You’ll be the friendly face guiding shoppers through our extensive product range while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their style and needs.
• Provide expert advice on sofas, dining sets, bedroom furniture and home accessories.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities that add value for the customer.
• Build a portfolio of repeat customers through trust and excellent service.
• Contribute to store‑wide sales targets while pursuing individual goals.

• Strong customer‑focused mindset and ability to build instant rapport.
