Freedom is hiring a Sales Consultant to help customers find the right home furnishings, from sofas and dining sets to bedroom furniture and accessories. The role is described as a friendly face and trusted advisor, with uncapped earning potential and a career path that includes product training, coaching and opportunities to lead a team or specialise in a product area.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and style preferences
• Give expert advice on the product range
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Build a portfolio of repeat customers
• Contribute to store-wide goals while pursuing individual targets

Required profile

• A proven track record or natural aptitude for turning conversations into sales and exceeding targets
• A customer-focused mindset and sharp commercial acumen
• Resilience in a performance-based environment
• Ability to work in a team and take initiative independently
• Previous sales experience is valued but not required
