About the role

Join Plush, Australia’s leading furniture retailer, as a Sales Consultant in Marion. You will be the front‑line ambassador for our premium sofa range, helping customers find the perfect piece while driving your own earnings through an uncapped commission structure.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with walk‑in and phone customers, understanding their needs and presenting suitable furniture solutions.
• Maintain product knowledge of designer leather sofas and related accessories.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Process sales transactions accurately and ensure a seamless hand‑over to the delivery team.
• Contribute to a positive store environment by collaborating with colleagues and supporting visual merchandising standards.

Required profile

• Proven track record of sales success, preferably in retail or consultative environments.
• Strong communication and closing abilities.
• Customer‑first mindset with a professional presence.
• Ambitious attitude to maximise earnings.

Required skills
