Sales Consultant - Future Skills Training Advisor

About the role

Scentia is looking for a confident, driven sales professional to join its high-performing Sales team as a Future Skills Senior Training Advisor. The role supports prospective students and corporate clients in finding learning and development solutions from AIM's education portfolio. It is a consultative, relationship-driven position that owns the full sales journey, from first conversation to enrolment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with warm and cold leads via inbound and outbound calls in a structured, high-performance sales environment
• Build strong, trusted relationships with prospective students and clients
• Provide career-focused advice, mapping learning pathways and recommending suitable courses and qualifications
• Own the sales pipeline end-to-end, driving conversion, participation and revenue growth
• Exceed individual and team sales targets while delivering an exceptional student experience
• Act as a brand ambassador for AIM and its learning solutions
• Collaborate with Marketing, Learning & Development, Customer Success and the wider Scentia Group
• Stay up to date with new programs, industry trends and compliance requirements

Required profile

• 2+ years' experience in outbound telesales or high-volume sales environments
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt to different audiences
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling capability
• Education or learning & development sector experience is desirable but not essential

Required skills

• CRM experience (Salesforce highly regarded)
• Ability to listen, influence and close
