Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional in‑store experience that positions Plush as the top choice for sofas.
• Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets using proven sales techniques.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently to keep transactions moving.
• Promote room‑solution packages and add‑on products to increase average ticket value.
• Collaborate with the Showroom Manager on visual merchandising and pricing to optimise the sales floor.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in furniture or other high‑value categories such as automotive, jewellery, luxury goods, or travel.
• Energetic, positive attitude with the ability to stay motivated during peak periods.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to build trust with customers and colleagues.
• Openness to feedback and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to maintain a steady sales flow.
