About the role

Plush is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join its Bendigo showroom. You will use product knowledge and relationship‑building skills to help customers find the perfect sofa while driving your own earnings through a competitive commission structure.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Plush’s product range and convey its value.
• Achieve sales targets through effective closing techniques.
• Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless in‑store experience.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in furniture or other high‑value categories.
• Energetic, positive attitude and ability to thrive during peak periods.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to build trust with customers and colleagues.
• Openness to feedback and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to keep sales flowing.
