Sales Associate – Luxury Fashion Retail

About the role

Calexico, a Brisbane-based luxury fashion retailer founded in 2010, is looking for a Sales Associate for its Fortitude Valley store. The business combines a flagship womenswear boutique, a menswear space and an e-commerce platform, offering over 125 designers such as Nili Lotan, Isabel Marant, Jimmy Choo and Ulla Johnson. The role suits someone who enjoys luxury fashion, styling and client-facing service in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience through thoughtful, personalised service.
• Offer expert styling advice and product knowledge across a range of luxury designers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through authentic communication and clienteling.
• Support boutique operations, including visual merchandising, stock management and store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals while maintaining the brand's elevated service culture.

Required profile

• Experience in luxury or premium fashion retail.
• Confident, polished and naturally engaging with clients.
• Passionate about style, with a refined eye for detail and presentation.
• Driven to achieve results while staying true to the brand's values and tone.
• Available 4-5 days a week, including key retail periods.
