Sales Assistant / Sleep Coach

About the role

Join Resmed’s Hornsby clinic as a Sleep Coach, delivering exceptional customer experiences while helping people improve their sleep health. This full‑time position combines retail sales, health education, and personalized support.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and provide tailored sleep solutions.
• Fit customers with masks and equipment after training.
• Support customers throughout their therapy journey with education and ongoing coaching.
• Achieve individual and clinic sales targets through genuine engagement.
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising, cleanliness and manage stock levels.
• Process sales transactions, payments and administrative tasks accurately.

Required profile

• Empathetic, people‑focused with a passion for helping others.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Positive, collaborative team player with attention to detail.
• Retail or customer‑facing sales experience.

Required skills

• Confidence using point‑of‑sale technology and other retail systems.
• Ability to build relationships and identify customer needs.
