About the role

Join Resmed’s Hornsby clinic as a Sleep Coach, the face of the brand delivering personalised sleep‑health solutions. You will create outstanding in‑store and phone experiences while supporting customers throughout their therapy journey.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, assess their needs and provide tailored sleep‑health solutions.
• Fit masks and equipment, maintain trial stock and manage inventory control.
• Achieve individual and clinic sales targets through genuine engagement.
• Process sales transactions, payments and administrative tasks accurately.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, merchandising and cleanliness.

Required profile

• Retail or customer‑facing sales experience with a passion for helping people.
• Strong listening, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Sales‑focused mindset with a desire to meet targets.
• Positive, collaborative approach and strong organisational attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) technology.
• Basic inventory management and stock‑level monitoring.
