About the role
We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our real‑estate team. The role supports our sales agents by managing buyer interactions, coordinating property inspections and providing daily operational assistance in a high‑energy environment. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between prospective buyers and agents, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through to property viewing.
Key responsibilities
- Support sales agents with effective buyer management throughout the sales process.
- Organise and conduct open‑for‑inspection events, ensuring properties are presented professionally.
- Handle day‑to‑day administrative and logistical tasks to keep the team running smoothly.
Required profile
- Proven experience in the real‑estate sector.
- Strong communication and customer‑service focus on buyer satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven team.
- Motivated, professional attitude and willingness to contribute to team success.
