Sales and Marketing Manager

About the role

Roborigger, a Perth-based company making products that improve safety and efficiency for lifted loads, is expanding its local and international operations. It needs a Sales and Marketing Manager to drive expansion into international markets, working closely with Product Development, Training and Customer Support to build brand awareness, generate and convert leads and grow revenue across the construction, marine and resources sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop marketing campaigns and sales collateral.
• Manage relationships with distributors and channel partners.
• Represent Roborigger at industry events and trade shows worldwide.
• Build brand awareness and grow revenue in the construction, marine and resources sectors.

Required profile

• Formal qualifications and experience in marketing, business or sales management, with a track record of driving sales growth for technical or capital equipment.
• Experience in the construction, mining, resources or crane and lifting industries is essential, as the role requires an understanding of customer requirements.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing strategy end to end, and to manage a sales pipeline from lead generation to close.
• Strong relationship-building skills, comfortable with site personnel and senior decision-makers, and confident representing the company internationally.
• Highly self-motivated, able to work autonomously and willing to travel; candidates do not need to match every listed expectation.

Required skills

• End-to-end marketing strategy and campaign development.
• Sales pipeline management and lead conversion.
• Understanding of the technical aspects of the product, working with engineering and product teams.
