Sales Agent – Brisbane CBD

About the role

Join Compare Club’s fast‑growing sales team in Brisbane CBD. You’ll work in a high‑energy outbound environment, making up to 200 calls per day to re‑engage interested prospects and drive sales of health insurance, loans and utilities.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls (~200 daily) and achieve talk‑time targets.
• Use scripts and personal charisma to qualify needs, overcome objections and hand over warm leads to specialist brokers.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to maximise earnings.

Required profile

• Strong conversational skills with the ability to build quick rapport.
• Highly motivated by financial rewards and able to handle rejection resiliently.
• Goal‑oriented and comfortable tracking personal performance.
