Sales Advisor – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

You will spend most of your day speaking with customers who have already started a quote, helping them understand their options and choose the right cover. No lead hunting is required, allowing you to focus on asking good questions, explaining cover clearly, and guiding customers to informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Speak to customers in‑office, following a clear call structure to explain cover, pricing and next steps.
• Identify opportunities for additional cover and guide customers through a quote when appropriate.
• Work towards service and sales targets, receiving regular feedback and coaching.
• Follow scripts and compliance requirements, staying calm and professional during challenging conversations.

Required profile

• Enjoy working with clear expectations and goals, and thrive on accountability.
• Comfortable handling objections, staying steady under pressure and bouncing back quickly.
• Willing to take feedback seriously and improve week by week.
• Customer‑focused mindset, caring about proper service and hitting targets.
