Sales Account Manager

About the role

CommBox is seeking an energetic, relationship‑driven Sales Account Manager to lead the customer experience at its new Melbourne Experience Centre in Brunswick. You will host resellers, partners and end‑user customers in a premium showroom, demonstrating interactive and commercial display solutions and turning conversations into sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Host resellers, partners and customers at the CommBox Melbourne Experience Centre.
• Demonstrate interactive and commercial display solutions in a polished showroom environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Victorian resellers, partners and end‑user customers.
• Run customer briefings, reseller sessions, lunch‑and‑learns and product demonstrations.
• Identify, progress and follow up new sales opportunities.
• Support resellers to confidently position CommBox products.
• Maintain account activity, pipeline and customer information in the CRM.
• Represent CommBox at customer meetings, reseller events and industry activities.

Required profile

• Confident, commercial and easy to connect with.
• Enjoys hosting customers, presenting technology and building relationships that lead to business outcomes.
• Experience in account management, business development, channel sales or technology sales, preferably in AV.
• Strong relationship‑building and presentation skills.
• Professional, customer‑focused approach with good commercial judgement.
• Disciplined follow‑up and strong organisational abilities.
• Proactive mindset, able to work independently.
• Experience using a CRM to manage accounts and opportunities.
• Valuable experience in AV, education technology, interactive displays, digital signage, unified communications or reseller/channel sales.
