S26 Bulk Earthworks Supervisor – Pilbara Mining Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced S26 Bulk Earthworks Supervisor to lead daily construction activities on tier‑1 mining projects in the Pilbara. The role involves ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction tasks, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Lead on‑site teams, including subcontractors and labourers, to meet project milestones.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify work quality, safety and adherence to requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to resolve construction issues.
• Manage and track project schedules, providing input to optimise workflow and meet deadlines.
• Maintain detailed daily records, progress reports and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of site‑based supervisory experience in construction.
• S26 certification.
• Experience on NPI construction projects involving concreting and bulk earthworks.
• Strong contractor management experience (RTIO highly regarded).
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and White Construction Card.
• Full Australian working rights and ability to pass pre‑employment medical, DNA and national police checks.
