About the role

St Kevin's College, an independent Catholic boys' school, is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and highly motivated Rowing 2nd VIII Coach to join its rowing program. The coach works alongside an experienced rowing coaching team to develop young athletes on and off the water, building high-performing crews in a positive, inclusive and team-focused environment.

Required profile

Active in the rowing community and familiar with the APS program
Experience in rowing, either as a coach or as part of the rowing team
Level 1 NCAS - Rowing Enjoyment, working with students of varying abilities
Current WWCC and First Aid certificate
Completed or willing to complete Anaphylaxis Awareness training
Available for before or after school training sessions and Saturday mornings
Right to work in Australia; applicants must read the college's Child Safety Code of Conduct and Child Protection and Safety Policy

Required skills

Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
Desirable: VIT registration and a light rigid motor vehicle licence
