ROV Supervisor – Expression of Interest (APAC)

About the role

DOF is seeking experienced ROV Supervisors to join its Expression of Interest talent pool for future APAC vacancies. The role involves leading offshore ROV operations, collaborating with a multinational team, and supporting subsea projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate ROV team members in offshore environments.
• Operate and oversee ROV systems, preferably XLX or UHD, ensuring safe and efficient performance.
• Coordinate with vessel crew and other disciplines to meet project objectives.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of offshore ROV operations experience as a Senior Sub Engineer or Supervisor.
• Relevant technical trade certification and IMCA Grade R01.
• OGUK Medical, BOSIET, CAEBS and current MSIC clearance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ROV Work Class systems – XLX or UHD.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration abilities.
• Leadership and adaptability to remote/offshore demands.
