About the role

Join Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach as a Room Attendant and help deliver the French‑inspired elegance that defines our five‑star property. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining guest rooms to the highest standards, ensuring every stay feels luxurious and comfortable.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and present guest rooms with meticulous attention to detail.
• Make beds, replenish amenities, clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and arrange furnishings.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies efficiently.
• Uphold Sofitel brand standards consistently and professionally.
• Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that anticipates guest needs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably in a luxury or premium environment.
• Strong physical capability and safe manual‑handling practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in presentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a rotating roster.
• Excellent time‑management and proactive guest‑service mindset.
