About the role

As a Room Attendant you will ensure guest rooms, bathrooms and hallways are clean, tidy and welcoming. You will maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation, directly contributing to a positive guest experience. The position involves daily cleaning tasks and reporting any issues to supervisors.

Key responsibilities

Clean guest rooms, bathrooms and hallways to a high standard.
Replace towels, toiletries and other room items promptly.
Report lost property or broken items to the supervisor.
Use cleaning tools and chemicals safely and correctly.

Required profile

Attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
Reliability and ability to follow instructions.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
Good communication skills for reporting issues.

Required skills

Safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
Use of cleaning equipment and tools.
Basic inventory management for room supplies.
