Room Attendant – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

As a Room Attendant at Novotel Brisbane South Bank, you will ensure guest rooms and public areas are spotless, comfortable, and ready for arrival. Your work directly contributes to a memorable stay for our guests in the vibrant Cultural Precinct of Brisbane.

Key responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and hallways to a high standard.
• Replace towels, toiletries, and other room amenities.
• Report lost or damaged items to the supervisor.
• Use cleaning tools and chemicals safely and correctly.

Required profile

• Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
• Physically fit to perform cleaning tasks.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Safe use of cleaning chemicals.
• Operation of housekeeping equipment.
