Robotics Clinical Specialist - Joint Replacement

About the role

Join a leading medical‑technology team that is reshaping joint replacement surgery with robotics. You will work hands‑on in operating theatres across Melbourne, supporting surgeons and building deep clinical expertise in a fast‑growing field.

Key responsibilities

• Provide in‑theatre technical and clinical support for knee and hip robotic procedures, ensuring safe and effective use of the technology.
• Perform pre‑operative case planning by segmenting and analysing CT data with specialised software.
• Act as the primary point of contact for surgeons and theatre staff during procedures, maintaining workflow continuity.
• Train healthcare professionals on product use and surgical applications through on‑site education sessions.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and system data to support compliance and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Allied Health, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Science, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic, Osteopathy, Podiatry or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a healthcare, clinical or patient‑facing environment.
• Full, unrestricted Australian driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CT data segmentation and analysis software.
• Hands‑on experience with surgical robotics or medical‑device technology.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot equipment in high‑pressure theatre environments.
