Road Train Operator (MC Driver) FIFO 2:1

About the role

Pearl Recruitment is recruiting experienced MC road train operators for long-term permanent, full-time positions with a mining services contractor in Western Australia and the Northern Territory, working on heavy haulage, crushing and screening operations. The roster is 2:1 (one week days, one week nights), with flights available from capital cities across Australia and camp accommodation and meals provided.

Key responsibilities

• Operate triple and quad road trains on on-road and off-road haulage routes, including self-loading where required.
• Work on a 2:1 roster (1 week days, 1 week nights).

Required profile

• Current and valid Australian MC driver's licence (Road Ranger preferred).
• Proven experience operating triple and/or quad road trains.
• Experience with side-tipper combinations.
• Previous on-road and off-road haulage experience.
• Front-end loader/self-loading experience for WA positions.
• Commercial Driver Fatigue Management Certificate within 2 years, or willingness to obtain one.
• National police clearance.
• Able to pass a full pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
• Living in Australia and able to fly from a major capital city; WA and NT residents preferred.
