Retail Team Leader - Repco North Parramatta

About the role

Repco, a division of GPC Asia Pacific and a leading brand in the Australian and New Zealand automotive aftermarket parts market, is hiring a full-time Retail Team Leader for its North Parramatta store. The role leads the team in creating appealing, stimulating shopping experiences and showcases strong merchandising and presentation skills.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to enhance showroom and product displays
• Manage planograms and maintain a high standard of showroom presentation
• Create appealing shopping experiences for customers and share that knowledge with the team
• Display and enforce a safety culture for yourself, teammates and customers

Required profile

• Prior experience in large-format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms and promotions
• Emerging or established leadership abilities and ambition
• Multitasking and prioritisation skills
• Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, or as discussed with the manager
• Valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to help with deliveries from time to time
• Passion for the automotive industry and Repco products (ideal)
• Willingness to lift, bend and climb
